Adam Maxwell · Director & Operator

The decisions underneath a business — structured before they get expensive.

Sovereign Intelligence is directed by Adam Maxwell. The practice converts scattered commercial complexity — ownership, capital, structure, risk — into models and documents built to survive the room they're presented in.

Global pricing architecture

Brought in as specialist consultant to rebuild the global multi-country pricing model for a multibillion-dollar international research group — modernizing and modularizing the system used to estimate operational costs across worldwide operations.

International trust & estate structuring

Proposed, structured, and implemented an international trust-and-estate plan for a private client — multi-jurisdictional structuring, financial modelling, tax analysis, accounting treatment, and full documentation. Net savings ran to tens of thousands of dollars.

80% revenue growth

Advised a UK contractor on a full operating-model overhaul and commercial repositioning. Identified an underserved segment, restructured the model around it, and built a staged execution plan. Revenue grew 80% within two years.

Full-spectrum SME advisory

Advising SMEs end-to-end — market positioning, copywriting, go-to-market strategy, financial modelling, economics, and jurisdictional questions — engagements typically spanning the commercial, financial, and structural picture.

International legal submissions

Prepared several hundred pages of formal submissions to United Nations human-rights bodies — chronology, claim architecture, factual analysis, and regulatory argument.

What the practice is for

Before it becomes expensive.

Sovereign Intelligence exists for the stage before a business becomes expensive — before capital is committed, partners are locked in, lawyers and accountants are briefed, or investors ask for documents. It brings order to that stage through models, written reviews, structured questions, and decision-grade documentation — for founder-led companies, growing SMEs, and serious new ventures across English-speaking jurisdictions and into emerging markets.
