Scope & Disclosure
This page sets out what Sovereign Intelligence provides, how specialist matters are handled, and the standards engagements operate under.
Scope of services
Sovereign Intelligence provides commercial advisory, planning support, financial modelling, structural analysis, strategic documentation, and AI workflow design. Engagements typically produce written documents, financial models, business plans, ownership structures, data-room architectures, decks, and operating systems.
Professional-advice boundaries
Sovereign Intelligence operates within a commercial-advisory scope. Specialist questions — legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial, investment, medical, and jurisdiction-specific licensing matters — are identified, framed, and scoped so they can be taken to appropriately qualified professionals with the right brief. Engaging Sovereign Intelligence is complementary to, not a substitute for, those specialists.
Pre-qualification value
A significant part of the work is determining which specialist advice is actually required, what the parameters of that advice should be, and what documents and analysis should accompany the referral. This typically saves time and cost downstream.
Confidentiality
Engagements operate under NDAs or equivalent confidentiality terms. Sample work and examples shown on this site are generalised and do not disclose protected client information.
Pricing
Indicative pricing ranges are published to filter fit and respect the prospect's time. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins, scoped to the specific engagement.
Jurisdiction
Sovereign Intelligence is based in Georgia and serves international English-speaking clients remotely. Clients remain responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdictions.
